Welcome to Annual Enrollment. This is your annual opportunity to update your insurance benefit elections for 2022.

To update and review your benefit elections, log in to Member Self Service (MSS) starting Monday, October 18. The last day for you to make any changes to your insurance benefits is Friday, November 5. If you download and submit paperwork, you must ensure your Payroll or Human Resources (HR) department receives your paperwork by Friday, November 5.

Summary of Plan Changes for 2022

  • FlexComp Plan: Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account limit returns to $5,000 for single individuals or married couples filing a tax return jointly OR $2,500 for a married individual filing a single tax return.
  • Life Insurance: Employees enrolling in Supplemental Employee Coverage for the first time must submit a Voya Life Insurance Evidence of Insurability (EOI) regardless of the coverage amount. 
  • Health Insurance: Members enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with the Health Savings Account (HSA) have higher limits.
    • Single max: $3,650 
    • Family max: $7,300
    • Age 55+: can continue to set an additional $1,000 into their HSA
