Overview

• When you began distributions, you chose payment type, stream of income, and benefit amount. Your distribution may be changed by contacting Empower.
• The Retiree Health Insurance Credit (RHIC), is a monthly lifetime benefit that can be used to offset eligible insurance premiums. You must meet the minimum age of 55 and be receiving periodic retirement distributions at least annually in order to maintain RHIC eligibility.
• In the event of a divorce, please review the Qualified Domestic Relations Order for additional information.
