Active and retired members can access their NDPERS benefit information on Member Self Service (MSS). 

Annual Enrollment? This insurance benefit election period is applicable to active members only. 

First-time user? You must create a ND Login before you access MSS for the first time. Read the MSS Employee Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to create your ND Login.

Returning user? Use the same guide as you complete your benefit enrollments.
