The special enrollment for temporary employees of large employers starts November 16 and continues through December 4, 2026.
Eligible temporary employees must be offered affordable health coverage as required by the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Eligibility
An employee who works at least 30 hours per week or 130 hours per month is eligible to participate in the NDPERS health insurance plan.
Effective Coverage Date
If coverage is newly elected by the temporary employee during this period, it will be effective January 1, 2027.
