Welcome to Annual Enrollment. This is your annual opportunity to update your insurance benefit elections for 2027.
To update and review your benefit elections, log in to Member Self Service (MSS) starting Monday, October 19. The last day to make any changes to your insurance benefits is Friday, November 6.
Anyone completing paper applications to update their enrollments, must ensure their Payroll or Human Resources (HR) department receives their paperwork by Friday, November 6.
Complete your annual enrollment elections online through MSS by Friday, November 6.
Download and print the Evidence of Insurability (EOI). All other elections can be completed in MSS.
Summary of Plan Changes for 2027
- FlexComp Plan: The Medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) limit is $3,400.
- Dental Insurance: Rates (monthly premiums) are increasing slightly.
- Health Insurance: Members enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with the Health Savings Account (HSA) have higher limits.
- Single max: $4,500
- Family max: $9,000
- Age 55+: can continue to set an additional $1,000 into their HSA
