Have you earned your 2021 Wellness Benefit?

All NDPERS members enrolled in the health insurance plan have until December 29 to earn their wellness benefit points!

This is how:

1. Log into sanfordhealthplan.com/memberlogin

• Forgot username and password options are available, if necessary
• If you do not have an account, select the “Request Access for Yourself” button

2. From the top menu icon, scroll down to Insurance, click Portals and Links

• Earn points in the Wellness Portal by December 29
• Redeem points or check benefit balance in the Redemption Center by December 31
• Benefit balances may not apply if you are receiving fitness reimbursements

 The 2022 wellness benefit begins in January

• The portal and wellness benefit will reset early January
• If you are enrolled in Fitness Center Reimbursements, please remember to take your 2022 Health Risk Assessment (HRA) in January to avoid interruptions in your monthly reimbursements
