NDPERS receives federal compliance guidance on Elected County Official participation

The North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (NDPERS) proudly announces the launch of the Defined Contribution (DC) 2025 Tier 3 as the official retirement plan for new state and participating political subdivision employees starting in 2025.

The NDPERS Board Election has concluded, and the active member vacancy has been filled. 

Official Announcement regarding the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System Deferred Compensation 457(b) Companion Plan and the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System Defined Contribution 401(a) Plan.

The NDPERS Board of Trustees voted unanimously to appoint Interim Executive Director Rebecca Fricke to the position on a permanent basis. 

Recordkeeper Services Contract awarded contingent upon successful contract negotiations.

Rebecca Fricke appointed as Interim Executive Director.

The NDPERS Main Plan will close to new employees on January 1, 2025. 

Members currently enrolled in the Main Plan are not impacted by the future closure of this Plan.
